Newsflash–2010 Tierra Del Fuego Expedition… Marcus and Biff are on their way .. I got news from Biff that the Expedition did get on the water on December 30, 2009….Godspeed..
MKC’s Polar Paddlihg Program will be starting later in the month of January.. Winter has been packing more of any icy fist fist this year and we would all like the Sun to get higher in the sky. Keep tuned in to this blogsite for updates..
You will need to come with your own drysuit to paddle with us as the water temps will be in the upper 30’s.. I recommend both the Kokatat and Immersion Research (IR) brands ..
The Indoor Paddle Station program ..will start soon! No drysuits required but it is still good to bring synthetic layers as the Boathouse temps are hovering in the 45-55 degree range when it is this cold.
