Terms and conditions
Credit packages and memberships:
all credit packages and memberships expire at the end of the season
(October 31, 2010). Please make sure to purchase what you will
actually use.
Tours and instruction: all participants in our tours and
instruction must sign a
yearly liability waiver. You do not need to sign a waiver each
time you come out with us, but you do need to refresh your waiver for
the current season.
Cancellation policy: this one
is hard for us, because we strive to be flexible. However, we
must have at leaset 24 hours notice of any cancellation or a $25
cancellation fee may be
assessed. Additionally, as our Paddle Basics I class is in high
demand, we must have at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation or a
$50 cancellation fee will be
assessed. In turn, we will give you at leaset 24 hours notice of
any tour or class cancelations as well. We require at least three
people to run a tour or class and therefore, you may be asked to switch
to a different tour or class so that we can all get out on the water.
Finally, we reserve the right to cancel tours or classes on short
notice if we consider weather or harbor conditions to be dangerous.
Safety: everyone is required to
wear pfds (life jackets) when participating in our tours and classes.
There are no exceptions.
